Shipping & Processing Time
We carry most items in inventory so we can ship your items without delay.
Stock purchases typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day after receipt of your order. Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday. (Our shipping department is closed on weekends & major US holidays.)
If you live within the continental US, you will have the following options and associated shipping & handling costs at checkout:
- Freight charges – please call your local sales representative or the factory direct to determine if your order meets the minimum freight allowed amount. Orders not reaching the freight allowed amount will be at full charge to ship.
- Minimum billing – orders less than one hundred (100) dollars will incur a ten (10) dollar service charge.
If a package is not able to be delivered by for any reason and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent if you desire.
Additional Charges:
All shipments, with the exceptions of freight allowed minimum amounts as herein above stated, shall have an additional charge added to the freight charges. Said additional charges for UPS shall be in the amount of $10.00 plus insurance charges in $.30 increments for each $100.00 declared value over the first $100.00. Additional charges of $15.00 shall be added to all motor freight shipments under the freight allowed amounts. All one-day overnight shipments, i.e., Federal Express, Emery, and UPS RED shall incur an additional charge of $15.00. On any customer requested partial shipment, the customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses (AA & AP) are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location. Please refer below for International Shipping information.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive shipment notification via the email you provided at checkout. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipper’s website for your convenience. If you do not receive this notice, please check your spam folders.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
E-Box liability is limited to the correction or replacement of defective goods. Under no circumstances, however, will we be held responsible for any amount beyond the price of the product or any unauthorized “field” repair.
FOB shipping point E-Box. E-Box cannot be held responsible for breakage after received in “good order” receipts for transportation company. All claims for loss and damage must be made by the purchaser to the carrier. After the transfer of our goods to the transportation company, we relinquish responsibility for all damages.

Taxes & Duties
- All custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The value of our package will be listed directly on your package as required by custom authorities.
- The release of your package is at the sole discretion of custom agents.
Due to customs processing, some packages may be delayed delivery.
NOTE: Depending on the shipping that has been chosen, there may or may not be tracking available once your packaged leaves the US. Once the USPS verifies (via tracking/scanning information that is available at usps.com) that the package has left the country, we cannot be held responsible for any missing packages. If there is an issue It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the customer care team with solid, specific information from your countries postal service regarding an order for a refund to be issued. Please keep in mind that international orders may take a bit longer to be received by the customer as we have no control over customs. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility when placing international orders.

Returns
No goods may be returned without first obtaining express written permission. Goods that arrive without permission will be refused and returned to the shipper at shipper’s cost. Only stock items recently invoiced (within 60 days) may be returned. Upon receipt of material, a credit memo will be issued for the original price, less a minimum 20% restocking fee and transportation charges originally paid by E-Box. Large quantities of stock items asking for return RGA will require an additional restocking charge. Specialty items are not returnable under any circumstances. Aluminum and stainless-steel items are not eligible for return.

E-Box does not offer exchanges. See our return policy to find out if your item is eligible for an RMA.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by way of credit to your account with E-Box.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
